Lin (Xiaolin Li) is a leadership and relationship coach, group facilitator, and workshop leader. She is also a professional development trainer in the application of Positive Psychology, Appreciative Inquiry, Strength-based Management and the Enneagram personality system for team building, leadership, and organizational cultural transformation.
Prior to her coaching, training and consulting practice, Lin worked at Primary Health Care and Health Education. She also has years of experience in Business Administration.
Lin is a Certified Enneagram Teacher in Narrative Tradition, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, CPCC (on-going training) from the Coaches Training Institute. She is also a participant of the CTI Co-Active Leadership Program (Sitges, 2014). She has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Positive Psychology, and two Master’s Degrees: Health and Society (King’s College, London) and Sociology and History of Medicine (Birbeck College, University of London).
Lin has completed Ginger Lapid-Bogda’s Enneagram in Business train the trainer programs: Brining Out the Best in Yourself at Work, Bringing Out the Best in Everyone You Coach, What Type of Leader Are You? And the Organization Development program called Consulting with the Enneagram. Lin has also completed the Helen Palmer – Dr. David Daniels’ Enneagram Professional Training Program (2015). She’s also a certified trainer in Extended DISC.
